Tuesday Night Chalk & Balance is a relaxed, open-to-all creative gathering in Vinoy Park near the Truth Sculpture in Downtown St. Pete, where community, conversation, and creativity come together in a laid-back evening atmosphere. Hosted by The Global Love Project, this weekly meetup invites anyone — artists and non-artists alike — to slow down, put chalk to sidewalk, and reconnect through simple acts of expression along the St. Petersburg waterfront.

Unlike the peaceful, meditative tone of the Sunday Morning Chalk Collective in the EDGE District, Tuesday nights feel more casual and organic — a space where friends gather, stories are shared, and creativity flows naturally. You don’t need to be an artist or consider yourself creative — all levels are welcome. This is a judgment-free zone where authenticity matters more than perfection.

There’s no pressure to stay the entire time — come for a few minutes or stay for the full evening. Some people draw, some write messages, and others simply enjoy the energy of Downtown St. Petersburg while connecting with community by the water.
